How to Make No Bake Breakfast Cookies

This is a recipe that I found on Pinterest that I like to make when I need to have a healthy snack to enjoy. I will sometimes eat these for breakfast and they help boost my energy during the morning since there’s protein inside of them. Another great thing is that you can add many optional mix-ins in the cookies! One time you could use chocolate chips, and the next time, you could add chopped almonds to add a different taste. You are going to love eating these since this is a healthy and delicious treat. I hope you enjoy this recipe!

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup peanut butter
  • 1 tbsp. honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 tbsp. chia seeds
  • 3/4 cup old fashioned oats

Instructions

  1. Combine the peanut butter, honey, and vanilla in a microwavable bowl and microwave the ingredients for 20 seconds
  2. Stir the mixture until well combined then add in the remaining ingredients
  3. Stir well
  4. Roll the mixture into 8 balls and place the balls on a baking tray lined with parchment paper
  5. Press the balls flat slightly and place them in your refrigerator for a hour

Tips

  • Store your cookies in an airtight container in the fridge for up to two weeks
