Occasionally we get into bad moods and it’s easy to turn to unhealthy snacks high in sugar. These foods may provide temporary satisfaction, but it’s putting bad toxins in your body. Whenever I eat foods high in added sugar, it makes me feel guilty. The next time you are feeling blue, try using whole foods to make you feel better.
