If you are a peanut butter lover then you’ll fall in love with these peanut butter energy bites! They are my go to snack when I am running low on energy or get hungry during the middle of the day. The reason why these are wonderful is because they are light and are easy to make. You’ll have fun making these and the best part about this recipe is rolling the ingredients into balls. Ingredients
- 1 cup oatmeal
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
- 1/2 cup ground flaxseed
- 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
- 1 tsp vanilla
Instructions

- Mix all the ingredients above in a medium bowl until thoroughly mixed

2. Let chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes

3. Once chilled, roll the mix into balls

- Store the energy bites in airtight container and keep refrigerated for up to 1 week.
